By opting in, purchasing, or participating in any way, you:

    •    Agree to enter this private domain

    •    Become a private member for the purpose of receiving wellness education, homestead goods, lifestyle guidance, and natural living resources

    •    Agree that all interactions occur privately, under the terms of this Association

Nothing offered through this PMA is intended for the public or governed by public statutes.

2. Nature of Services

The Association provides:

    •    Wellness education

    •    Lifestyle support

    •    Homestead goods and handmade products

    •    Natural living resources

    •    Mineral and HTMA–based educational guidance

    •    Herbal education

    •    Courses, guides, and digital materials

We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or cure medical conditions.

All information is educational and intended for private member use.

3. Membership Responsibilities

By participating in this PMA, you agree to:

    •    Act in your private capacity as a natural living person

    •    Engage voluntarily and respectfully

    •    Take full responsibility for your own wellness choices

    •    Hold harmless the Association, its trustees, and members

No guarantees or warranties are made regarding outcomes.

Your journey is always in your hands.

4. Purchases, Orders & Refunds

Because all offerings are provided within a private domain and many include private education, digital downloads, wellness guidance, or consumable goods:

    •    All payments are final

    •    Refunds are not provided, unless otherwise stated in writing

    •    If an issue arises with an order, you may contact the Association privately for resolution

This includes:

    •    Digital guides or courses

    •    Consultations or wellness reviews

    •    HTMA test kits

    •    Homestead goods (candles, soaps, herbal items, etc.)

    •    Custom protocols or personalized recommendations

5. Shipping & Delivery

For physical products and HTMA kits:

    •    Shipping timelines may vary

    •    Carrier delays or damages are outside our control

    •    Members are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

Digital products are delivered via email or private member access.

6. Confidentiality

All content, materials, communications, and resources shared inside the Association are private and confidential.

Members agree not to share, post, distribute, or make public any information obtained inside the PMA.

7. Limitation of Liability

By becoming a member, you agree to:

    •    Hold harmless Willowbrook Acres PMA, its trustees, and members

    •    Not pursue public legal action for private domain matters

All interactions occur privately and peacefully, within the PMA.

8. Modifications to Terms

The Association may update these Terms & Conditions as needed.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of all updates.

Members will always be notified of significant changes.
