This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

The Association: Willowbrook Acres Private Membership Association and the Member: the individual choosing to join this private domain.

By signing up for this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Private Membership

By joining the Willowbrook Acres PMA, you voluntarily enter a private, contractual relationship with the Association. All services, goods, education, communication, and interactions occur exclusively within the private domain, outside the public sphere.

Membership is for individuals acting in their natural, private capacity.

Membership is entered into for the purpose of exercising protections of the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, and to receive private services, education, and support within the private domain.

Willowbrook Acres operates as a private, faith-based, educational and wellness association rooted in principles of sovereignty, natural law, divine birthright, bodily autonomy, and multidimensional health.

2. Nature of Services

The Member understands that all offerings within the Association — including wellness education, lifestyle support, natural health teachings, herbal insights, homestead goods, and digital materials — are:

    •    private

    •    educational

    •    holistic in nature

    •    not medical advice or licensed healthcare

The Association does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or cure disease.

All shared information is for personal, private educational use.

3. Member Benefits

As a private member, you may access:

    •    private educational materials

    •    wellness guidance

    •    digital downloads

    •    homestead products and handcrafted items

    •    DBAs operating under the Association

    •    private community spaces

    •    courses, consultations, and wellness offerings

    •    HTMA-based educational support

Membership grants you access to offerings that are not provided to the public.

4. Voluntary Participation & Personal Responsibility

Membership is voluntary.

By participating, the Member acknowledges and accepts:

    •    full responsibility for their personal choices, health, wellness, and lifestyle

    •    that no guarantees or warranties are made by the Association

    •    that outcomes are personal and unique to each Member

    •    that all wellness changes are self-directed

The Association supports through education — not medical intervention.

5. Liability Waiver

The Member agrees to:

    •    hold harmless the Willowbrook Acres PMA, its trustees, representatives, and other members

    •    resolve all concerns or disputes privately within the Association

    •    not bring any matter into public courts, agencies, or external authority

This preserves the private nature and peaceful environment of the PMA.

6. Confidentiality

All communications, materials, content, and interactions shared within the Association are:

    •    private

    •    confidential

    •    for Member use only

Members agree not to share, publish, or distribute any private material or discussions outside the PMA.

7. Termination

Membership may be revoked by the Association if a Member’s conduct becomes:

    •    harmful

    •    disruptive

    •    disrespectful

    •    in breach of this Agreement

A Member may voluntarily resign membership at any time by providing written notice.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed within the private domain and is protected by the U.S. Constitution, including but not limited to the First and Fourteenth Amendments.

The private membership relationship created herein is not intended to constitute public commerce and is not governed by public regulatory bodies or statutory codes applicable to the general public.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement contains the full understanding between the Member and the Association regarding their private membership relationship.

By participating, the Member accepts and agrees to all terms.
